After the horrendous weather that was experienced on the previous days we delayed our drive to Tamworth by a day. We were up early on the Saturday morning packing vehicles and horses then off the Tamworth for the ACDS NSW Show Driving Championships. We arrived about 5pm after a slow trip due to the winds but not as bad as the previous day.

Sunday arrived with the weather conditions being fantastic – fine and sunny.

There were about 21 competitors, most being within a few hours travel but one competitor did travel from Brisbane and us from Yass via Parkes. Judge was Mr Ray Hynes.
